The Screen and Ink
The magic of getting the artwork on apparel for screen printing!
Once the screen has dried we are ready to tape off the edges and put ink on the screen!
With ink on the screen we are ready to do test prints to ensure we have the quality of print we desire!
We perform test prints to ensure there are not small holes in the emulsion and ink getting on the apparel where we do not want. If there are small holes, we simply tape over the holes.
Now that we have our first print, we use a thermal test strip to ensure our ink is reaching the correct curing temperature.
With our test print how we want it and the belt dryer at the correct temperature to cure the ink we are ready to print the first shirt!
Now we are ready to roll and complete the order!
