Payment

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Production will not begin till payment is received. If paying by check, please checks payable to QSM Promotions. If paying with a Credit Card, full payment is required. 

Custom Online Store

QSM Printing Co. offers local businesses and organizations the opportunity to distribute apparel and other items through our Online Shop page. QSM Printing Co. works closely with the store representatives to put together approved digital mockups, selected apparel, and any other items or designs that may apply to the store’s products. Pricing for these products are predetermined and approved with the store representatives. All sales through these stores are final and no returns or exchanges are allowed. If you are interested in setting up your own store in our Online Shop, please contact us. 

With supply chains, we work with the store representative to find what you are looking for and has good inventory numbers. In the event that a certain agreed-upon item is out of stock, we will work with the purchaser to accommodate however necessary.   

Be aware there will be a $50 charge to set up your online store and digital mockups. 

Color Disclaimer

We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors of products shown on this website. Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the color you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. When approving, you are acknowledging this fact and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to color. We will absolutely try our best and hold ourselves to the same high quality standards we usually do. 

Receiving Your Order

We encourage you to check the quantities and quality of the products you receive from us immediately. Quality Shirts and More, LLC cannot be held accountable for defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 48 hours of delivery. 

User Subjectivity

Quality Shirts and More stands behind the quality of our screen printing, uv printing, heat transfers, and embroidery. We will reproduce your graphic onto the garment or substrate with maximum accuracy, quality, and consistency. Our team checks every printed item before it leaves our shop. The satisfaction of the end user with the final printed product is subjective. We offer detailed mock-ups/virtual samples (approval by the client is mandatory for every order) for the end user review. We operate under very specific and numerous quality control guidelines to ensure a quality finished product. We will not be held responsible for end user subjectivity. 

Artwork

All artwork produced by Quality Shirts and More, is owned by Quality Shirts and More. There is a $45 per hour charge for artwork creation or for artwork re-creation if artwork submitted by the customer that is not print ready. 

By submitting artwork to us, you warrant that the artwork is not copyrighted by any third party and that you are permitted to submit it to us for printing. In the event that the artwork submitted to Quality Shirts and More is copyrighted or you are not permitted to submit it to us, you agree to indemnify and hold Quality Shirts and More along with its employees and members harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement or the unauthorized use of the artwork provided and approved by you.  

Mistakes and Misprints

In the event that we make an error in printing your shirts, tumblers, or any products provided by Quality Shirts and More, then we will fix the problem. This rarely happens and really only applies to serious mistakes such as the wrong colors of garments being ordered, the wrong artwork being printed, or printing on the wrong location. 

In this print industry, misprints and mistakes happen. A screen can get out of alignment, defects can be found in the garment or other products, the colors may very from product to product. Many things can go wrong in the printing process, but we at Quality Shirts and More strive to do our best and keep misprints and mistakes to a low minimum. We cannot predict misprints due the nature of screen printing, uv printing, heat transfers, or embroidery. We will do our utmost best to minimize these misprints and mistakes. 

Proofs

Virtual samples/digital mock-ups are provided to the customer for each order. This ensure that we at Quality Shirts and More and you the customer are all on the same page with the layout and design. 

Art charges for production go as follows:

– Art design/re-creation – $45 per hour

– Digitizing for embroidery – $45 per hour

– UV Printing Set-up – $15

– Ink Color Change – $10 per color 

Garment Selection

For our customers we purchase and supply the garments. We expect our customers to do their research when selecting garments and know their sizes. We can provide a spec sheet on the customers selected garments upon request. Digital renditions and mock-ups of shirts may vary from the physical product. 

Customer Supplied Items

Customer Provide items are discouraged.

Customers are required to inspect all customer provided items for any and all product defects. QSM will not be held responsible for any product defects. 

QSM is not responsible for replacing or refunding any items that are customer provided in the event of a misprint during production.

Manufacturer Defects

Quality Shirts and More is not responsible for mistakes or defects on behalf of the manufacturer or distributor: mislabeled sizes, inconsistent coloring, dye lots, manufacturer garment defects, etc. We cannot inspect each garment for defects. Manufacturer and distributor defects or mis-shipments will delay production till all garments are received.

Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround time is not exact but is around 14 to 21 business days.

Rush Orders

Rush orders will be charged $50 for orders that are needed sooner than 14-21 business days.
